Community Interpreter Bookings

Step 1

Send us the following information to start booking

  • Start time of the booking
  • Duration that you need the interpreter for
  • Location of the meeting
  • Nature of the meeting (Meeting lawyers, seeing doctors, visiting school, etc.)
  • Relevant documents for interpreter to prepare for your meeting (If applicable)
  • Your Full name
  • Contact number
  • Email address

Step 2

We will send you a quote and booking terms and conditions to sign.

Step 3

After you agree on the terms and conditions, we need you to send us the payment confirmation and the signed terms and conditions so that we can start to allocate the most suitable interpreter for you. Once the interpreter is secured, we will contact you to confirm the booking.

Conference Interpreter Bookings

Consecutive interpreting Bookings

Step 1

  • Location of the conference
  • Schedule of the conference
  • Theme of the conference (Business, Legal, Medical, Education, Culture, etc.)
  • Relevant documents for our interpreter to prepare for the conference (Speech drafts, PowerPoint Slides, Websites, etc.)
  • Onsite contact details –
  1. Full name

  3. Email address
  4. VIP guests’ names and titles
